One of our favorite keystone events each year is the San Diego Music Awards. We have produced the award show since 2017, and spearheaded the transition to a fully remote event in 2020.
This was an exciting challenge for our team following similar virtual applications used for the Grammys and the Oscars, with our goal being to execute all award categories flawlessly - this was accomplished! Not only were all award recipients able to connect virtually, we were able to coordinate a seamless transition from announcement to award acceptance complete with timely on-screen graphics.
Since 2020, we have continued to accompany the main production at Humphrey’s by the Bay with a full event livestream complete with branded on-screen content extending the event’s reach to virtual attendees. This content is a blast for our team to create as the awards show prides itself in dawning a fresh art concept each year.
The 2022 SDMA’s were especially memorable for our team for an unexpected reason. We were honored to have produced the winning “Music Video of the Year” for Rebecca Jade’s single “What's It Gonna Be”! You can watch the music video here.
